They gave me a room, but the HVAC unit didn't work. It was mid-November so that it would be a bit cold in the evening. I checked in late due to my flight, so I didn't have a chance to call them to look until the next day. I could not sleep well as it was chilling, and the heater didn't work. A repair man and manager came in the following day and tried, but they agreed it didn't work. The manager apologized and agreed to provide a $20 credit. They gave me a $10 credit and then charged $20. In the end, they charged $10. I contacted them, but they didn't call me back. I would not use them in the future.
