The check in process was super fast and easy, and the staff that handled my check in were super friendly and super informative on giving me the layout of the hotel and times for all the amenities. The hotel was clean, and quiet. Even though it is right next to the interstate, if you have a room on the backside, there is a little ambient noise from the Interstate, which for me I like as I'm used to it. Additionally, the room was prepared upon my arrival and ready immediately.
With the room, there were some minor things that weren't really an issue for me, but I could see someone being upset about it. First thing is there was a shelf in the room that had some pictures on it, it was starting to come undone from the wall. And there was a spot on the ceiling that suggest water damage.
The Continental breakfast was a bit lack luster, but it served it's purpose of giving me nutrition in the morning, and hotel coffee is always hotel coffee, it's never good anywhere you go.
But overall, the hotel was perfect, and I definitely plan to stay here again on any future travels to the braesolton area.
