Great location but tired
Great location, 7 minutes walk to Central Market and 20 minutes to Rundle Mall. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and well sized. Fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Bedding and towels were clean but carpets and sofa/cushions were dubious. These are in urgent need of a refurb! One air conditioning for whole apartment located in sitting room meant that bedroom was not properly cooled in the week we were there - 38C days and 26C night. Loud throbbing ‘music’ until 3am every night over weekend meant that sleep was elusive and it reverberated all the way up to the 13th floor! Overall, great location, comfortable apartment.

Location (for us) was good but the building itself was disappointing … air conditioning was inadequate and the wifi/internet service particularly bad. Front desk staff tried to be helpful but there wasn’t much they could do.

9th floor apartment.
Stayed for two weeks, in 9th floor apartment , which was not as good as previously stayed on 14th floor which had a bigger and better situated balcony. Generally facilities and cleanliness were good although washing machine needed my wife’s attention (deep clean).

Apartment had all the basics needed, including one sachet of washing powder and dishwasher detergent. It had a pretty horrid smell when we arrived but opening the windows had it gone within a few hours (maybe it was cooking from the next apartment not cleaning products).

The overall stay was good and so was the overall cleanliness. But the carpets really need to be re-done because of the staining and a fresh paint coat would not hurt. The shower door did not close properly. No mirror in the room except the one in the bathroom. TV needs an upgrade with a remote that has visible letters/numbers. Not sure why they charge 28 dollars parking fee per day, which I thought was very hefty. Staff was friendly and helpful 😊

The one woman that was on duty when I checked in was extremely rude and condescending,no instructions given on which gate to use for the car park or where my room was, then I was made to feel like an idiot when I had to ask these things Room was average, bathroom was dirty, shower leaked, instructions on how to use the all in one washer/dryer would be handy, bed was hard and uncomfortable For such a big apartment there's a serious lack of bins All in all a really crappy stay, thank Christ it was only for one night

Stunning upper floor apartment with glass enclosed balcony with amazing views I’d Adelaide. It feels like you’re suspended in the air! Modern building with secure access, great pool (which also has a surprise at the end of it) and even the spa has a view! A Little Tired
I really wanted to rate high for this apartment but there were issues. It was on the higher end price wise so we were expecting a little luxury but this apartment really doesn't say lux at all. Quite tired for the price, if I had paid less I probably would have been happy. The positives, great size, great view of park for us, the staff were more than helpful and I can't fault them, the bed was comfy as were the pillows (important). The location is brilliant. The not so positives, the first thing we saw when we entered was a big stain on the carpet, like BIG, looked like an attempt had been made to clean it but it is something you see every time you walk the passage which is lots, can't imagine what it must have been to still be there on an industrial carpet. My pet hate, only one mirror, in the bathroom, this is a big apartment, put one behind the door in the bedroom or maybe a wall mirror in the living area where there is lots of natural light. The noise from the bar on the street was very loud and went till 2am Fri and Sat night. The bedroom needs some air, a ceiling fan would be good, the very old unit in the living area worked really well but in summer the bedroom would be stuffy, as it was for us this trip but would be worse when hotter. Advertised Cable channels are basic, not a draw card in this age of streaming.

Great location, short walk to Rundle Mall & Adelaide oval, extremely helpful staff, good secure parking, stayed on level 1 road side & was surprisingly quiet.

Was a pleasent stay at night. The room itself could have been cleaner. There was food stains up the cupboards and on the sides of the table. All four dining shakes had crumbs and food on them. It obviously only gets a quick clean after guest stays, but looks like it hasn’t had a thorough clean for a long time.
