We had 2 rooms at check in, then rented a large suite. The key to the suite started malfunctioning immediately! The staff was apologetic each and every time (about 20) until our last night. Bob, a rude, mean older man was working the front desk, upon asking him to please rekey our cards AGAIN he started, “ Yall are the only people with a key problem very rude in front of another guest. As if we wanted to keep going all the way downstairs for new keys. We checked out and went to Springhill Suites rented the largest rooms and stayed another 4 days!! No key issues, not Mr. Bob!
