Pretty okay, but some caveats.
The apartment is on the same street as a trolley, and is generally noisy during the day. Otherwise it’s a great location.
The space was tidy but not the cleanest. When I arrived there were used towels left on the dining table. Also smudged mirrors, dirty stove top, stained upholstery.
The communication was not bad, but also not the greatest. I had a couple of issues related to my check-in that were resolved fairly quickly, so I was very appreciative that they were responsive.
Unfortunately, the big issue for me was that my privacy felt compromised. The house keeper entered the apartment while I was there. No knock, she had the door code and let herself in. I don’t blame her at all - it seems no one told her I had extended my stay one additional day.
Also, around 10:30am the same day, I received a text from LimeHome that a technician was scheduled to come into my apartment in the afternoon. They didn’t say for what, or give a specific time. Their only recommendation was to stay in the apartment with my belongings or take them with me while I’m out to avoid any risk of theft.
The technician came at 2pm and said he’d be back in 30 mins. He didn’t return until 4pm, along with two other men. Just like the house cleaner, no knock, they simply let themselves in. Felt pretty invasive.
Ultimately, they were here to clean the AC units. I waited 4 hours for 15 mins of work that they could have done after I checked out the following day. Not good.
