The Family Quad room was perfect for my family of 4. Pleasant and comfortable stay, English speaking friendly staff, excellent customer service, extremely convenient location on HK Island with access to bus stops right outside the hotel entrance and 5 min walk to MTR. Many convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, bakeries etc. nearby and laundromats as well. Only 10-15 mins by taxi from HK station and the Airport Express train. This was my second stay and I would recommend and stay again next visit.

Staffs are nice and receptive to feedback. Room looks cramped because of the location of fridge, kettle and tea. If they move these to the other corner, the room will feel more spacious. I cant sleep well during the stay because of loud noises at night. Seems like the hotel needs to improve their sound proof system. I can hear other guests sounds, discussions and loud noises such as door closing, opening, kids crying, etc. i hv provided the feedback and i hope the management will improve the soundproofing in the room/floor.
