Pluses: The room was perfect. The bed was a true king and very comfortable. The included amenities (slippers, robe, dental items) were very good and greatly appreciated. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Dimetra. The location was great, close to everything. Minuses: Very confusing entry, almost secretive and hard to find. Cabs could get you no closer than a block away, so you had to tote your own luggage on cobblestone surfaces. Not easy if you have large or heavy suitcases. The street noise from below was quite loud. Overall a good experience.

Hello, thank you again for the good and comfortable service in the hotel. The view from the room right to the Acropolis was astoninishing. The room itself is bery comfy and deserves 5 stars. You can move very quickly to the touristic atrractions and other parts of the city by foot. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

It is in the pedestrian area, which is great for dinning, shopping, and getting around. You have to walk to your hotel as there is no way to get dropped off at the hotel. So keep that in mind as you pack your luggage. Love the automation and the friendly staff. Great experience!

Excelente ubicación para conocer Atenas. Cuarto A+ de lo mejor en Europa. Personal de recepción y limpieza fuera de serie. Son muy buenos, siempre con una sonrisa o buena palabra. Único tema el edificio es compartido y realmente las habitaciones son ciertos pisos y el lobby principal no es lo más agradable y hay uno que otro persona de calle durmiendo en las escaleras afuera de la entrada. Seguro: 100% a pesar del comentario de arriba. Hay muchísima seguridad en el área.

Great location and very walkable but walls are paper thin; you can hear everything outside the window and it’s loud because it’s a busy street with lots of people and buskers playing music and loudness generally. We had NO view of the acropolis so the name of this hotel is false advertising. The jacuzzi on the balcony did not work. It filled with water but the jets did not work; so a glorified bathtub is what we got. Finally, on one of the days it rained all day. I knew it was going to rain so the day before I asked if there were umbrellas and they assured me that there were. Well when I got to the front desk that morning they were “all out” of umbrellas. Had to run in the rain and pay 7 euro each for an umbrella. I stay at hotels for these kinds of added services so I was super annoyed

Great location for restaurants and shopping. However, the rooms are not soundproof so it was very noisy. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell as well.

What i liked: location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and the acropolis. The view of the acropolis from the room was amazing the hottub in the room was a real hottub for 2 people. The room was clean except the floor. What i didnt like: deacription i read was confusing when i booked room i thought it had a balcony . hottub had a leak on the floor (they fixed it the next day. The "minibar refrigerator " did not work at all and they have no ice or other solution to store medicine or make champagne or drinks cold. You cannot take an uber or transfer from the hotel and no luggage cart or other solution to transport bags if you have to walk a long way to train or private transfer. To summarize: room is very high tech and designed well but maintenance and amenities are very limited. It is a nice hotel if you dont have much luggage and dont need any amenities other than safe room convenient to shopping, etc and the view of the acroplis is amazing thru the window.

The entrance was terrible, dirty, old, cracked tile, hard to get in, and a smoking area. Fire extinguishers setting on steps along with cigarette butts and full trash bags. The elevator was downright scary, clunky, lights hanging by a wire, have to push a door open to get in and out. Typical Greece building code. The building is also shared by several businesses. Door lock was a cheap electronic push button and didn’t have a secondary interior lock. Actual room was small but nice and clean. Only major issue and design fail was the slightly tinted glass door for the bathroom. I’m not kidding, one big sheet of frameless glass. You can sit on the toilet and watch tv with whoever else is in the room with you. It was an uncomfortable stay. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overpriced for what it is. Disappointed and I would not go back.
