Totally disappointed . The place ranking was posted as a 4-star. However, it appears to be as a 1-star to me. No email, phone calls, or other communications for check-in instructions. When I arrived at the place, the staffs did not know anything about my reservation. No bellman services. I tried to call the number listed on my Expedia booking, one staff picked up the phone and asked me to send the copies of our passports via Viber, which was inappropriate and not safe for travelers. She also instructed us to move to a different location, approximately more than 100 meter away. I had to move all my luggages by my self to that place. The room key was placed in a broken, unlocked mailbox, I.e. anyone can access the key and enter the place. When we were in the elevator, there was an overhead loud voice asked us to use the transport/delivery one next time ( we don’t know where is it). We felt extremely embarrassed. At the entrance of the room, they stick a dirty, “welcome” notice on the floor to ask us save electricity. Importantly, the conditions of the place was TOTALLY DIFFERENT than posted on Expedia (please have a look at the photos attached). Apartment conditions are too old, dirty and nonstandard. I have to change my plan move to other hotel early morning.
And again, there is no staff there to help you from first to last minutes. It’s not a place for any travelers.
