Muito bom o hotel. Quartos espaçosos. Cama super confortável. Com uma cozinha de apoio charmosa. Banheiro novo, ducha maravilhosa. O café da manhã só que tem uma questão- a parte quente é cobrada a parte. Mesmo se vc fechar a hospedagem com café da manhã.

Oasis concert

When we first arrived we had to wait to check in and once to the front the room wasn’t ready which is fair enough, it wasn’t 3pm yet, but it still wasn’t ready at 2.55pm so we just left for the concert. Other than that, everything else was brilliant, the rooms, the location, the people and cleanliness.

Nice new hotel near Victoria

I really enjoyed this stay. Hotel is clean, comfortable, reasonably quiet, and very close to Victoria Station for transportation to and from Gatwick and around the city. They offer nice touches like heavy blackout curtains that actually work and premium soaps and a well-equipped kitchen for a relatively small space. The beds are comfortable. The gym could be a bit better equipped but I was just happy to have one wirh weights. The area directly around the hotel is not that exciting but blocks away there are many restaurants and it's easy to get to some of the tourist highlights from this location. I do wish the windows opened more than a sliver. But small complaint for an overall good value.

A sumptuous stay

The team at the desk were super friendly and knowledgeable which made a great impression. Relaxed but professional. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels sumptuous and inviting. The room was gorgeous too with every little detail considered and a VERY comfortable bed. The handwritten card is a nice touch too. My only suggestion would be to have signs stating where the elevators are - lots of fire exit doors and signs but was unsure if opening one would trigger an alarm at 6am!

Retro-Stylish aparthotel in the heart of the city

Beautiful place! I was in the city for 1 night to meet friends for dinner one evening and then catch up with family the following day. The hotel is well located to explore central London and beautifully appointed. I would definitely return for a longer stay as I didn’t really take full advantage of the well equipped kitchenette or the gym and sauna. Also didn’t try the breakfast as I had other plans. The honesty bar was a nice touch, you can help yourself to a good choice of drinks, snacks and pantry goods and pay via a QR code. As a gold member I was treated to a bottle of fizz in the fridge but I had to leave it as I didn’t have the opportunity to drink it or take it with me. Thank you for a lovely stay

Fremtidig perle

Hotellet var nyåpnet og ikke 100% ferdig oppusset under vårt opphold. Serviceinnstilt betjening, fine store rom, god AC (vi byttet til dette hotellet da vårt første hotell ikke hadde god nok AC for å håndtere 30+grader). Rett over veien for Apollo theatre (Wicked Musical) og kort vei til Victoria station (Gatwick express). Grunnet noen issues med det ene rommet vårt fikk vi gratis frokost. Frokosten var veldig basic men helt ok. Men absolutt ikke verdt prisen den skulle ha kostet hvis vi måtte betale for den (£20 p.p.) Dette hotellet blir veldig bra når alt får satt seg, og selv om vi betalte ganske mye for rommene våre - tipper jeg prisen på dette hotellet vil gå opp. Sammenliknet med mange av de eldre og mindre hotellene i London, som fortsatt er kostbare, er dette hotellet 4 ganger så bra.

I was thinking of staying in a hotel in Mayfair but chose this because the rate was reasonable and I am glad I did because it seems like a brand new hotel with latest amenities and sort of retro fittings. The service was great too and the two bars in the hotel are convenient and cool too if you don't feel like venturing around the area near Victoria Station after business hours.

Excellent. Stay here!

Amazing new hotel, everything you could need or wish for in the room and a good location. Pillows were out of this world comfortable, I had to look and see the brand to try and buy them. Despite living fairly close to London and not usually needing to stay over we would 100% return - we’ll be going to Amsterdam next year and have already decided to book the sister hotel there.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft nahe Victoria Station

Neues Hotel, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit moderner Küche und einer bequemen Sitzecke ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer ging zur Rückseite raus und war absolut ruhig. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Restaurant/Bar, wo auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird. Hier unserer einziger Kritikpunkt: das Angebot des (kontinentalen)Frühstücks ist unterdurchschnittlich in der Auswahl und ist verbesserungsbedürftig, die zusätzliche Auswahl z.B. eines klassischen britischen Breakfasts kostet zusätzlich 6£ (reduziert, sonst 12£) Die Qualität ist aber gut, das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne neue Unterkunft mit idealer Verkehrsanbindung!
