We had the most wonderful stay in Mexico City! Onto is a very luxurious place to enjoy. Walking distance from many Michelin star restaurants, lots of fun places to shop, and many cool cocktail bars. The room was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful! I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it to others. I’ll absolutely be staying here when I return. My only critique is the free continental breakfast. Only coffee/tea, a small pastry and oatmeal is included. There are other options available at a fee. I don’t eat oatmeal so I ordered a yogurt and granola bowl but with such minimal options the free continental breakfast feels misleading and a bit underwhelming. But there is so much incredible food around so that’s only a small flaw. You can’t beat the service!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Onto! We absolutely loved our stay at Onto! From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. A special shoutout to Louis, who truly made our stay exceptional. He gave us fantastic recommendations - example to our favorite taqueria which wasn't even on our list to visit! Louis was so patient even when I asked the same questions a few times, and provided excellent service throughout. We were mostly in touch with him during his shift, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also warm, welcoming, and attentive — you can really tell customer care is a priority here. Our room was one of the best I’ve stayed in: beautifully clean, modern, with so much storage and counter space — something I’ve never had enough of in other hotels! Everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!
