Very clean, new; good location; great (and huge) hot tub; great continental breakfast with many options. Overall, amazing stay. Only slight issue was thinking we had an actual suite but it was just a couch next to the beds.

Toilet was clogged and the staff handed my girlfriend a plunger and said have fun, of course I left them a thank you in the toilet and set the useless plunger on the toilet to show our appreciation before we left. Also ac/heat is worthless plus the whole building smells like an unkept indoor pool.

The receptionist (a black lady) was very friendly & helpful. The best part: the shuttle to ski resort stops right in the parking lot of the hotel. The hotel is very new & clean so I feel very at ease. The only negative thing: I failed to see a water dispenser in the hotel. Everything else is great. I'll come back to stay here for next ski season.

clean, nice room and really good hotel. I only wished they refill the breakfast. they closed at 10 and we were there at 9:15 but a lot of the food were not available anymore and theres still people trying to get to hotel.

This is a new building, everything is spotless - rooms are large, comfortable beds, dark window shades etc. The staff was very helpful, good breakfast. The free town bus stops literally at the side of the hotel - this was very convenient to go to the ski area. Just a few steps to take in ski boots. There is a large, deep hot tub which was very clean, hot temperature and with towels supplied. The only thing I didn't enjoy was there is no in-room coffee. You have to go down to the lobby - minor annoyance.There are nice coffee machines available 24/7 in the lobby.
