The hotel as a property is excellent - recently refurbished and in great condition, clean, excellent layout, probably the biggest pool I've ever seen, lots of sunbeds, private beach area and a good gym. We didn't use the spa. The staff are excellent and attentive.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is modern, clean and conveniently located. The facilities were execllent- amazing selection of fresh food and drinks every day, private beach, pool, gym and padel court. The staff in particular deserve a special mention- always helpful, nothing was a problem; they went above and beyond to make guests' stay comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend!

Le complexe se distingue par sa grandeur et son entretien impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et offrent de nombreux espaces de rangement. La formule tout compris donne accès à une multitude de restaurants, d'encas, de viennoiseries et de boissons. La restauration est caractérisée par sa diversité, son abondance et son excellente qualité. Le personnel est aimable, attentif et toujours disponible. La piscine, de très grande taille, est dotée d'un îlot pour enfants avec toboggans. Un nombre suffisant de transats est disponible de chaque côté de la piscine. La plage attenante est superbe. Une belle promenade piétonnière longe l'intégralité de la plage jusqu'à la Marina, offrant de belles et longues opportunités de balades. Le seul point à noter, bien qu'il ne relève pas de la responsabilité de l'établissement, est l'influence de l'Atlantique sur Agadir. En conséquence, la température de l'eau de la piscine et de la mer est très fraîche, et la région est sujette à des vents importants en fonction des marées. De ce fait, la fréquentation des zones de baignade par les adultes et les enfants est relativement f

Hôtel superbe.Accueil chaleureux.Personnel au petit soin. Grand choix de restauration. Dommage que les immenses et magnifiques piscines ne soient pas chauffées, personne ne se baigne, excepté dans la petite piscine intérieure très bien chauffée . Dommage également que la formule tout inclus ne comprennent que trois ou quatre cocktails basiques et sucrés. Impossible d’avoir par exemple un mojito, même en payant. La propreté des verres laisse vraiment à désirer, j’ai découvert des traces de rouge à lèvres sur mon verre et je n’en mets jamais. Il est préférable de prendre une paille ou d’essuyer soi-même son verre, indigne d’un cinq étoiles. Ceci dit, notre séjour était très agréable, l’équipe d’animation était top. Nous rentrons avec de super souvenirs de ce magnifique hôtel.

The main thing that stood out for me was that every single staff member working in the restaurant were incredibly hardworking, polite & friendly. Especially the cleaners kindly putting up with our baby constantly throwing food on the floor. Restaurant and cleaning staff were also attentive & went above and beyond to provide a good service. We booked the deluxe suite which had an amazing view of the ocean & pool. The room was a perfect size for a family of 3 with a baby. The amenities at the hotel were very family friendly - good quality high chairs provided at every restaurant & the heated pool was great for an infant. There was a wide variety of food available at the restaurants. Our favourite was the Morroccan restaurant - fresh, delicious and authentic food & great entertainment! We will definitely be returning to Agadir in the future. Wonderful resorts, people & a beautiful country.

Très belle chambre. Salle de bien avec gel douche, shampoing et crème de corps à l'argan (très agréable). Les restaurants divers et variés (grillades, tagines, pizza, pates, ...). Le choix est énorme ! Les piscines sont très grandes et agréables, avec un coin spécial avec jeux d'eau pour les enfants. Le complexe est au pied de la plage, c'est top ! Le personnel est souriant, serviable et très accueillant. Possibilité de stationner sa voiture au parking (mais places limitées). Petit bémol : Le réglage de la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas (en mode chauffage). Et notre chambre était proche du grand écran extérieur. Le soir, la musique forte était gênante (mais pour autant supportable). Je recommande.

Honestly, this isn't our usual type of hotel. We usually pick adult only 5* with a la carte restaurants but we were more than pleasantly surprised with Palais des Roses. Hotel is in a great location towards the end of the promenade overlooking the beach. Hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. It is new but is well cared for, very clean in all public areas. Our room was great - we opted for a swim up room which I would recommend if you want sun on your room all day. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower. Shower gel/shampoo replenished daily. Mini bar had water and soft drinks. Water was plentiful and replenished daily. Our soft drinks weren't replenished at all but it didn't bother us so we didn't chase it - plenty of free drinks at bars and restaurants. 2 great swimming pools and a kids slide pool. Also an indoor pool with shower area. We didn't bother with the private beach area which was just across a pedestrian promenade from the hotel. No need when the pool area had everything including pool bar and plenty of sunloungers. Beach was lovely to walk along. 4 main restaurants, all buffet but food was amazing, great variety and was slightly different every day. Our favourite was Tagine with traditional Moroccan food. Blue (fish restaurant) had to be booked but was still a buffet and great variety of fish. There were lots of couples of all ages and familes again all ages so well suited for anyone. Entertainment team were fantastic!

We loved everything about this hotel, it was beautifully presented, great rooms, perfect location and varied food options. The best thing about this hotel, and what really sets this hotel apart from the others is the staff. Every single member of staff we encountered was kind, happy to help, always smiling and radiating positivity and a good vibe. They make you feel looked after, and go above and beyond. I want to give a special shout out to Yassine from the team on reception - he was so professional, kind and helpful. I had 6 rooms booked, he made sure the check-in was smooth and made sure we had beautiful rooms - thank you Yassine, we really appreciated your kind gesture. I will without a doubt return to this hotel, and recommend this hotel to everyone!
