This place was in a very convenient area. It is located behind a RV park but allowed enough privacy. This property is the perfect booking for a solo traveler or couples. I traveled here by myself and had a great time.

Beautiful tiny home close to Sedona! You have everything you need; a very clean / well decorated space with a comfortable king size bed. The staff were friendly and responsive. I will stay again the next time I'm in the area. Thank you Triangle Tiny Home Team!!

The tiny house was really nice and made a great couples travel basecamp for these two explorers. Pros: clean, modern, all basic needs met, plenty of hot water, location and short drive to coffee, river, sedona. Cons: open windows at top of room let light in way too early which woke us up and made us feel a little less private, Ants, the RV park that shares the property. Overall we loved the unit and the location within the town but would have loved some shades on the upper windows and less ants. However, We WOULD stay here again.

The unit is new, clean and honestly pretty spacious! But the only downside is the internet is painfully slow even when paying for it, i was needing to do some work while staying here and had to go offsite to get any decent connection. Otherwise this place is great

The tiny home in of itself was nice and clean but I did not realize that it was located in an RV park with full-time residents. The appearance of the RV park is not very inviting and it requires one to drive through the park each time they leave and return to the tiny home. The TV in our room did not have any sound either even though the TV speakers were selected in the TV menu. One final fault, there was only three squirts of body wash in the bottle, didn’t even last for the first shower. I would not recommend this location to anyone asking me.

Had trouble getting into the room, door code provided didn't work. Took lots of time to figure out how door lock worked. Room was clean but there were lots of ants on the counter. Counter needs a couple of stools. No linens were provided for sofa bed, had to call to get them delivered. Had to figure out how to use AC remote, no instructions were provided. WiFi only worked for a short time during our 2 day stay. TV wouldn't work, staff said this was due to poor WiFi. Basically just a room with technical issues. Lots of windows making the room very bright. Ceiling lights need dimmers. No reading lights for sofabed. Area around tiny houses clean but you have to drive through a questionable RV park. Would not recommend staying here.

Pros: Brand new. Everything in perfect condition. Very quiet, since it is back behind other buildings. VERY nice sheets on the bed. Cons: Insects. Multiple ants in the bathroom every time I went in. There were flies, none of which came in the door with me. There was something on the wall one afternoon, which was easy to kill but I don't know what it was. The other Con was, there is a sort of bar, that one could use to eat on, or as a desk. Except, there were no chairs in the room There was a comfortable couch, but that was not useable on the little bar. So no eating or desk work in the room. Overall: I am unlikely to stay here again when visiting Cottonwood.

Pros: This space seemed brand new, everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, Melinda at the desk was super nice and helpful, the refrigerator was large, lots of counter space, lots of windows, the space was really nice and open, it felt like a great value. Cons: The internet was spotty, there could have been more amenities to make it feel more comfortable. Maybe we were the first people to stay there and they are still working out some details.

We stopped at the office to check -in and were given the code to the door. The tiny house was clean and appeared new. The RV park was fairly quiet with most residents appearing to be long-term.. It had a nice sized outdoor area. I recommend this place as I would book again. I would recommend bringing cleaning supplies for longer stays as none were provided. The TV remote was dead and needed to be charged before use. The TV also needed to be signed into on an app I was not familiar with so do keep that in mind. The wifi was spotty which was annoying. We did not use the laundry services. Overall a lovely stay.

The tiny homes are new. A little decor and tweaking is needed. My only complaint would be that the entrance to the area is not inviting. You have to drive through a poorly maintained trailer park to get to the Tiny homes. I think if there is anyway to put in a separate entrance, this place may draw more visitors. The location was great to get to Sedona, Cottonwood and Jerome. I’d give this place another try in a year or so.

The tiny home was clean but, the water pressure in the shower not good at all and hot water was not very hot. My tv would not connect to the wifi, I told the office and nothing was done about it. Went the entire stay with no entertainment.

We loved it and well worth the price. The tiny homes are very affordable and clean, it was just what we needed. I will say there was a majority of a whole day where the water was turned off. We didn’t get a heads up on the situation; so we didn’t get showers beforehand. We couldn’t go to the restroom. I reached out and asked if they knew the water was off and there was no reply, which was a bit disappointing, to say the least. Otherwise the whole park was quiet and the place.z’o

We decided at the last minute to take a trip to cottonwood and Jerome on our bike. It was at a rest stop that I booked this Tiny Home at Turquoise Triangle. As soon as I booked it, I received the information to allow us to get into the place. We ended up getting they early, tired and needed to relax. I messaged the office and they were so quick to respond and allow us to check in early. Upon arrival, we met housekeeping. So friendly and outgoing. The place was perfect for us and we were very impressed. Had everything we needed and more. It was so quiet at night and slept so good. In town, but enough away that your in your own world. Highly recommend. Great stay!!!
