Pontos negativos: - O quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte e desagradável, semelhante a esgoto; -A internet não funcionou durante toda a estadia. Como o quarto fica no meio do quarteirão, o sinal de celular também não funcionava corretamente. Portanto, durante todo o tempo em que estive no quarto, fiquei sem acesso à internet; - Solicitei camas de solteiro separadas, mas apenas no dia do check-in fui informado de que não havia quarto com duas camas e que teria de ser uma cama de casal. Como pontos positivos: - A localização é excelente, bem no centro histórico de Roma, com fácil acesso a lojas, restaurantes e ao comércio; - O auto check-in funcionou muito bem (cheguei ao apartamento às 3h da manhã e saí às 4h, sem qualquer problema). --- I experienced a few negative points: - The room had a very strong and unpleasant smell, similar to sewage; - The internet did not work during the entire stay. Since the room is located in the middle of the block, the mobile phone signal also did not work properly. Therefore, the whole time I was in the room, I had no internet access; - I requested separate single beds, but only on the day of check-in was I informed that no room with two beds was available and that it would have to be a double bed. As for the positive points: - The location is excellent, right in the historic center of Rome, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local businesses; - The self check-in worked very well (I arrived at the apartment at 3 AM and left at 4 AM)

The room design was flawless, with electrical outlets well placed by both sides of the bed, the placement of the bed so that both of us could easily access the toilette and not run into each other, as well as a great location by the Spanish Steps. Plus we had a great coffee pot and a tea kettle. We were both very impressed with the overall room, location, design and staff.

The room was okay. The patio is shared with living residences and smells of smoke. The bathroom has a thin glass door that offers little to no privacy. The location is good to moce around with some great shopping options, both high end and basic.

The room was fabulous! I was in the room Colosso and had one of the only small balconies on the street. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The location of the hotel who was in the middle of a lively section of the city full of shopping and eating experiences. I will hopefully be back!

Room was just above street level and garbage trucks came at 4:30am then soon after that cleaning crews at delivery trucks. So very loud. Manager made no effort to change our room. Didn’t care we didn’t get any sleep.

No one on staff. They rely on a customer service lady who is available by phone only. She had no accurate knowledge of the property and consistently gave us the wrong information as to how to enter the room. Room itself is on the fourth floor mezzanine and, while there is a very small lift, it was difficult getting all the luggage up the final level. Great location, but a terrible business model.

Find a different place

The location was great except our taxi couldn’t drive down the street to drop us off so we had to drag our luggage. We had specified we must have 2 beds when booking the room. Not only did we NOT have separate beds but we were forced to share a double bed. When I went to let the gal who checked us in that we were supposed to have 2 beds, she just shrugged her shoulders. She couldn’t care less. Our room was hot. It was supposed to be air conditioned but there was no control, no thermostat in our room. The gal at the desk said there was just one control for the whole place and they couldn’t make it any cooler.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The location was excellent, close to everywhere we needed to go. Our room was clean and offered a lovely view. Parisa was very helpful and made both check-in and check-out very super easy, even though we arrived outside the usual hours. The Wi-Fi was a little slow, but with all the other positive aspects, this was just a minor detail. Overall, a great stay!
