First we got there and wanted to check in, receptionist was not smiling. So we got impressions that they're not friendly. Once we got to our room, carpet was dirty, there was not any towel, and our bathroom's ceiling was leaking. So we had to ask for someone to check it. There was not any good intention from the hotel to move us to another room. It took them around 20-30minutes to fix the leaking, which it should be done BEFORE they checked guest into that room. When we asked the room boy for bath towel and face towel, he replied that we dont get face towel because we stay at standard room, face towel only for guest that stay at deluxe room. Friday night, live music from their restaurant at upper level couls be heard from our room and it stopped at 11PM. Smoking guest at the non-smoking area in the restaurant and none of the staffs seem like bother to say something to them. Until I asked one of the staffs to warn them because it's so annoying.
