We highly recommend this hotel. From arriving to departing the staff were really accommodating and helped with booking trips and recommending restaurants and sites to visit. Rooms were really clean and well equipped. Hotel is well positioned in the old town and close to all the sites. Special thanks to Jennie for her help in getting us on a Halong Bay cruise an hour before departing! Big thank you to all the staff. Will definitely return in the future.

This boutique hotel is in the heart of the old quarter of Ha Noi. This is a great location within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and attractions including the lake. The staff really go above and beyond from the warm welcome through to accommodating all of your needs and any requests you may have. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Truly appreciated the fruit and snacks in the room that are provided each day. The rain shower is also very lovely! The daily buffet and a la carte breakfast (included with your room) is lovely. Truly a jewel in Vietnam and I will be back again if I ever return to Ha Noi!

After our plans have been cancelled on very short notice we just looked for a hotel close the original quarter we were staying in and stumbled upon this beautiful hotel. We were greeted wit fresh cinnamon tee and snacks. The rooms are super clean and nice with a lot of attention to detail. Anything you might have forgotten at home is provided for, like razor kid, toothbrush etc. As well as some free water and fresh fruit in the room. We ate at the breakfast buffet with local and European food and you can also order items from a menu. The staff was super nice and organised a transfer to the airport for us. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to travel in comfort and style.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience when visiting Vietnam for my first time. The staff here, in particular, Jennie, jimmi, huong have all been very welcoming and really show their first class hospitality skills to the hotel guests. Having worked at a hotel in a big city myself, this hotel and their staff really has it down packed from their housekeeping staff to the front of house. First class all around. They have all been very welcoming and really adds to the experience. The room is very spacious. The bed is very big and we could not hear one sound from the busy streets of Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and anyone considering visiting Hanoi. This should be the first option on your list!

Cette chaîne hôtelière sait vraiment comment faire en sorte que les clients se sentent comme si nous étions dans le luxe. L’hôtel Royal Palace sentait bon dans le hall et j’ai été immédiatement accueilli par le personnel. Ils vous servent du thé tout en vous enregistrant dans votre chambre, et vous y accompagnent. Ils sont très attentifs et serviables à tous points de vue. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment délicieux, les chambres super propres. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, car il était juste au coin de la rue de nombreuses attractions à Hanoi. J’étais très content de mon séjour.

We stayed at the Royal Palace hotel a week, all-told, and can recommend it without qualification. The rooms are large and well-appointed,hotel clean and good facilities the staff is helpful, friendly and courteous, the restaurant and breakfast were among the best in our 2 months in SE Asia, and the location puts you in reasonable walking distance of nearly anything you'd want to see in Hanoi. We'd definitely return.

Great hotel with lovely cozy and spacious rooms, big bathrooms and great attention to detail. Complementary water, snacks and fresh fruits were replenished daily in our room. Despite a great and very central location, no noise from the street could be heard in our room. Pick up and drop off service at the airport were easily arranged. The service at the front desk was always friendly and very helpful in providing assistance when we had to ask for a specialised clinic. The breakfast selection and size of the breakfast area could be improved, but overall there was a nice selection of western style breakfast options available a la carte and at the buffet. Our flight home left quite late in the evening, so we could leave our luggage at the hotel for the day. Additionally, we could use a free room to take a shower and change clothes before leaving for the airport, which really was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again when in Hanoi and can highly recommend the hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights during the Lunar New Year Festival. The location of the hotel is very convenient and is within walking distance or a short ride of good restaurants and interesting sites. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everyone we dealt with, including the bell man, the desk clerks, the serves in the restaurant, and the housekeepers, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Very pleasant experience.

J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel pendant cinq nuits et j’ai eu une bonne expérience. Comme il s’agissait de mon premier voyage au Vietnam, j’étais vraiment enthousiaste et j’ai réservé un logement trois mois à l’avance. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La circulation dans la rue est dense, elle est donc un peu bruyante. J’ai réservé une navette de l’aéroport à l’hôtel pour me sentir plus protégée.
