We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Check-in was delayed due to a maintenance issue—the central air conditioning was down, and management was installing emergency units in the rooms. While the temporary units kept the temperature comfortable, they were massive, roughly the size of a refrigerator, taking up significant space and producing considerable noise. On top of that, they required frequent draining every five hours, either by guests themselves or by maintenance staff, which was a constant inconvenience.
That said, front desk attendant Nick was outstanding. He ensured we had everything we needed, and as a courtesy for the AC issue, we received complimentary drink coupons, which we appreciated. Despite the challenges, his excellent service made a big difference in our stay.
