They should discount the room,no tv's working, you have to use your own streaming stick and that's not right. A motel should have working tv's,they need to address some things at this motel at least,draft comes in from under the door,some of the windows don't lock properly, that's a security problem,curtains are shot,but the personal are very nice and friendly.

Beware of the BS. You are now warned.
I usually experience a par stay. Sometimes under par and sometimes above par. But my most recent stay was extremely disappointing. The attitude was horrible. They gave me a room witn no tv and no laundry. I asked for a different room. I was denied. Customer service would not help or accommodate and experienced a negatively impacted evening. We just want whatever we expect. Thanks for reading.

Not so good stay
When booking accidentally booked accessible room. Called front desk as initially I didn’t realize, it was until the front desk person said I booked an accessible room that I realized. She advised she could not change it and I was disappointed but was fine with that( there was no argument). Went back a couple days later on another reservation booked and the front desk rep said I was reported on the do not allow list due to an argument about the shower in the accessible room. There was never an argument. Very disappointed in the service.

NEVER AGAIN
NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! I am a frequent guest at this particular motel 6 everyone knows me but there is this one manager lady who is a real such and such wouldn't let me check in with my girl because I didn't have my ID which I lost. I will however able to provide an expired ID with pictures of the front and back of my current ID along with purchaser to get social security card holders registration and more. After I told her the name on the reservation and she told me that without a current ID I wasn't allowed to stay and that now that she knows the name on reservation she was going to specifically point the camera right to the room in case I try to sneak in so they can proceed to kick both of us out. My girl has a valid ID and most other hotels would've been fine with using hera for check in while allowing me to stay. So I had to forfeit and lose money and get a room elsewhere ......Way to treat a frequent customer.
