Unaccommodating Inhumane Service
I have never experienced a hotel that refuses to store luggage after check-out—until now. We stayed for 8 days in a 4-bed room, traveling across continents with large suitcases (4 check-in and 4 cabin bags) and a wheelchair for my mother. Given the circumstances, we expected at least a basic level of accommodation from the staff.
However, when we asked to store our luggage for a short time after check-out, the staff outright refused. Even after explaining that we needed to take some bags to the Central Station first—on foot, while pushing my mother’s wheelchair—the response was shockingly cold. Instead of understanding our situation, he pressed us again: “What time will you be back?” As if he couldn’t wait to get rid of the rest of our suitcases.
This was an incredibly disappointing and inhumane experience, especially for a group of four women, including a 70+ year-old grandmother and a 13-year-old child. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially given the lack of basic hospitality and the unkind attitude of the staff.
