I recently stayed at Hotel Piedra Escondida in Tulum, and I can’t say enough good things about this charming, small hotel. With only 10 rooms, it offers an intimate, tropical vibe that feels like a hidden paradise. The property is incredibly well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and the service is absolutely top-notch.
Martin, the manager, truly went above and beyond to accommodate all our special requests, making our stay even more memorable. This was my third time visiting Tulum, but my first experience staying in this quieter part of the hotel zone, near the ruins and the public beach. It’s such a peaceful area, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the south side.
The only minor downside is that the beach here isn’t as stunning as some others in Tulum, but that’s not a big issue since you can always visit one of the many beach clubs nearby. For the price, the excellent service, and the overall experience, this hotel is absolutely worth it.
To top it all off, the food is delicious, and the included breakfast was a wonderful way to start each day. I highly recommend Hotel Piedra Escondida for anyone looking for a tranquil, high-quality stay in Tulum. I’ll definitely be back!
