My boyfriend and I were staying here for 2 nights in a Suite at the beginning of November.
We arrived at noon, as our room was not ready yet, the staff politely stored our luggage, which was very nice, so we could explore the village in the meantime.
As the check in time came closer we were getting told that our room wouldn’t be ready at the official check in time. The staff seemed a bit unorganized and no one could really give us any explanations or updates.
1 ½ hours later we finally explored our suite, but unfortunately without our luggage which was still stored somewhere. I‘m aware that these things can happen, but as a customer I‘d expect some kind of „goodie“ for having to wait this long (free meal…)
Also there were no slippers and no bathrobes (and no shampoo) in the suite… another big no-no: the dishwasher was still running (from room cleaning i guess?). I reported all of these things to the staff and they assured me several times that they‘d fix, but that never happened.
The facilities and suite were nice in general (clean, spacious, sauna) but the whole hotel seemed very unprofessional/unorganized, which was a bit disappointing considering the price.
breakfast also wasn‘t what i‘d expect for this kind of hotel.The bread seemed days old, vegetables were already dried out and the waffles hard. Nothing special, had better breakfasts at other hotels/resorts. All in all it was a nice experience, because well,Santa lives here! :) but I wouldn‘t come back!
