Hot tub was not working! Great hotel
The front desk gal when we checked in was fantastic, the tv in the first room wasn’t working so she switched our room. The room was very spacious. Every person who worked there that we encountered was very nice. They didn’t offer housecleaning during the stay which for me is alright. The only reason I booked the hotel was because I wanted to use the hot tub, it is not working. It would’ve been great if I had known before booking but the stay was still good.

You should probably find somewhere else to stay!
Definitely not the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Water pressure was terrible in the shower. Light in the vanity area was out. Pool water was warm but the pool area itself was freezing because the extremely outdated heater was broken along with the hottub. I get it sometimes hotels need repairs but these seemed like things that should have been replaced a decade ago. Heating was annoying in the rooms because the curtains block the heater/ac but if you open the curtains, the light from the businesses next door are beaming in. Seems like a bit of a fire hazard to be honest. Not sure how the breakfast was because we didnt stick around long enough to find out. The price i was charged on the hotels app is different than what the hotel actually charged me. Almost $15 more, which i know is not a lot but that was for one night. Really glad we didnt stay more than one night. Definitely not worth an almost $100 bill. We will not be staying here again.

Service lacking
No extra toilet paper or kleenex available. Stayed three nights. No room service to replace towels, etc. Advertised breakfast, but it was only a very basic continental breakfast. And on Sunday morning, no coffee. Had summer blanke for a winter night. Had to ask for another blanket.

Not Safe!
They tried to rent me a room where the help stays. It was a room that did t have a proper lock and a creepy person staying on the fitness room next to it. Not a good look for the Best Western brand! I ended up not staying due to safety concerns.

Terrible, Dirty, Rude, Scary. Drugs. Fighting. BAD
I stayed over Christmas in Miles City. I stayed 2 nights. The refrigerator didnt work. The inside pool was drained. Asked about using both pool and hot tub. No mention that the pool was not able to use. Didnt offer the internet code. Hair in bed. Boogers on walls. Poop on walls in bathroom. Dirt in bath tub. Dirt in Hot Tub. Christmas morning i was asked by someone staying in the hotel if i could give them a ride. They dont tell you where anything was. I looked around for 20 mins for the ice machine. One little sign in the middle of the hotel. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty.The second night. The people above me were doing drugs, fighting and drinking from around 10 pm till around 5am. Had loud sex till 6am.Tried to call the office. The phone in the room didnt work. Again this is over Christmas. Its 1 am. Called the hotel from my phone. The hotel manager said he would tell them to stop. He did not. The phone didnt ring they didnt stop. And no one came to their door. At 3 am I called the hotel again. Management hung up on me. I was irritating them. Huh Crazy. Im in your hotel being irritated. I paid you to stay here. To have a peaceful and safe stay. Started knocking on my door for house keeping at 830 am check out was 11am. Knocked and asked if i was ready to go 4 times between 830 am and 1030 am. Again day after Christmas. I turn the room keys in, there was no mention, appology, nothing for the night before.

Got there to check in, nobody was around. Finally got in our room, comforters were dirty, room was dirty overall. Boogers on the wall in the shower. Pool was drained. Bugs in the hot tub and breakfast was very limited considering we were there 45 minutes before it was over. Won't stay in this "mountain view" hotel again. That's a joke. They're is no mountains in miles city, mt.

You get what you pay for. This property wasn’t terrible but definitely needs some sprucing up. My biggest thing was mainly just the towels and such. When your own towels are stained in your home, that’s one thing, but I don’t want to see stains on my hotel towels. I quite honestly questioned if a few of them were in fact even clean. I’m truly not a high maintenance person at all and have no complaints about the comfort of the bed or furniture or anything, it just felt kind of scuzzy. Another weird kind of niche thing to mention is that their parking spots are hilariously tiny lol. It’s not a huge deal but if you have a decent sized truck of any sort or work vehicle, I doubt you’re fitting in the lot. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely lovely which was worth mentioning, but the property just needs some love. All that said, would I spend $80 again to stay there if I needed to? Yeah, probably lol. It’s fine.
