1. The bed was NOT a queen bed, but a full size bed.
2. After a full and exhaustive day of excursion, returned to our room in the evening and found it was OPEN!!! I immediately went to the Front Desk and reported to the staff on duty. He had the Audacity to say that I left it open! Instead of comforting words, he accused me of leaving it open. This was totally UNCALLED for and way out of line. I advised him that our room appeared to have been cleaned, towels changed and trashed picked up. I surmised that Housekeeping was the last to have been there since we left after breakfast. He was so unhelpful and dismissive! I then reported it to Hotels.com for proper incident report. To waste my saliva and time correcting this person was unnecessary. He wouldn’t even take the report. As I was leaving g back to my room, I overheard him say to another young staff, “the lady talks too much”. This made me more infuriated! I need to know what hotels.com concluded from this incident report. Poor customer service
