Experienced a 2 night stay here with my gf and her dog. Her dog has anxiety. We thought he would be okay for us to leave him alone in the room during the day for a brief trip outside. Within 180 seconds of leaving, I received a call from hotel management that the dog was barking. We quickly made arrangements for her to drop me off to go skiing at Hunter while she would return to the room to comfort her dog and stop him from barking. The dog was left alone for no longer than 20 minutes, but this was enough for the hotel owner to become irrationally irate. He screamed at me on the phone, hung up on me. He yelled at my gf when she arrived back at the hotel and made her cry. Meanwhile, during the night, there was some girl banging on the door next to us for an hour and a half screaming at the top of her lungs at whoever she was staying with to let her in. We were ready to call the cops as we were almost afraid for our safety. Management seems to demand peace and quiet during the day but at night, it is the wild west. The rooms are advertised on Hotels.com as "SOUND PROOF". They are not.
I will never come here again.
