Surprised!
Had to wipe down entire room which had layers of dust on it.
Asked for help to get refrigerator to work and told had to leave light on as the wiring was weird.
Had issues getting door to lock when leaving-had to lift door up to get it to engage
Extended our stay prior to coming. Told the guy when first registering and he said he had adjusted it. Only to come back one evening to be locked out. Front desk girl could not get us back in same room without charging us again even though I showed her my receipt. She said that was the only way she could do it. It was how she was shown.
Hopefully this is a one timer as we have been going here 3-4 times a year to visit family.
