We stayed early September, the hotel position is excellent and if it were revamped would be something else ,but!!! If your claustrophobic it’s a big no as the room was tiny and the balcony was the same you couldn’t put your legs in front of you if sitting on the chair , both chairs we had collapsed to the floor with us on them , funny if it’s not you i suppose 😬 they were replaced a day later with new. The bath had a big hole in it with a great big lump of filler splodged in and not even smoothed out just left high and ruff . If you have any mobility issues or just don’t like a lot of steps up to your room this isn’t for you. Quite easy to hear nearly every noise from every surrounding room. Shower gets hot only when it wants to and if it doesn’t want to it don’t 🙇‍♂️. The building was unmanned a lot so if you needed anything it was if you were lucky to bump into the cleaners ( who were very nice ladies and helpful ) the rooms were cleaned and new towels provided, but there’s an old saying “ you can’t polish a turd” spend money on the building and it would be an amazing little hotel .

Bruno is fabulous gave great recommendations for restaurants. My room overlooked the beach. I did wish the balcony chairs were taller so I could see over the ledge. Perfect place to walk to old town & the pier.

El chico de recepción no está nunca y cuando está es poco resolutivo. Cuando realmente hay problemas es cuando se valora la gente. No explica nada del hotel, no te dan dos tarjetas y si una de las dos personas se va a hacer deporte por ejemplo, la otra persona está en la habitación sin luz y sin aire acondicionado. Si necesitas un taxi por alguna urgencia no está disponible, no hay un teléfono al que llamar y no te indica dónde está la cocina. En general, son un desastre. Tienen un servicio de taxi al aeropuerto con pago en efectivo y te piden el número de vuelo pero llegan con 40 minutos de retraso. Impuntualidad y trato e caso. La ubicación es excelente muy cerca de la playa.

Great value for money & accommodating host. Superb location next to the old town. Unfortunately some of the other hotel guests were very loud which disturbed our sleep. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed, our room would’ve benefited from more natural light as only one small window. Overall I would recommend.

Das kleine Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön :-) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, der Besitzer ebenso und er hilft auch bei Problemen oder Fragen.Die Umgebung ist absolut top ! Der Strand zu Fuss in 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der direkten Umgebung sind viele Restuarants und Geschäfte - ein Stückchen weiter weg (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss) ist die Einkaufs- und Party/Restaurantmeile. Aber trotz dieser Nähe ist das Hotel sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist fantastisch !! Ein Hammer Highlight !

Pleasant hotel.
We use this hotel for a few days stay as we have family in Portugal. I love this hotel as it's next to the cat park and I wake up every morning and watch them play. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. I also like that it is out of the town and has some lovely restaurants near by. Plus the views are amazing. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back.

Die Lage war top, der Strand und sämtliche Restaurants leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Toller Blick auf das Meer (wenn auch nur seitlich). Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für das leider viel zu weiche Bett und das sehr hellhörige Zimmer, man hat jedes Wort vom Nachbarn verstanden.

I went on a solo travel for my birthday and the location and room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and it made me so happy having the bedspread be pink. There was English tv so I got to play English music while getting ready. So close to the old town and can’t miss being right on the beach. I would say the best hotel to stay at there.
