Our house was clean and ready for us. Very spacious. The issue we had for the duration of our trip was our pool/hot tub. We prepaid for it to be heated. Our son us autistic and when we travel we make sure to have a pool for him as it is his way to self regulate. From the beginning it was not heated. Each day we called and visited the front desk. Each time we were assured that maintenance would take care of it. They never even showed up and then marked the work ticket as complete. Multiple times I spoke with Gia at the fron desk. She was so nice and would radio for help. Still nothing. 2 days the hot tub worked, then when it was "fixed" we even lost the heat to the hot tub. That alone would have saved our vacation. Gia did refund my money and said that she would credit it even after the heat worked. We really needed this vacation after so much loss in our life this year and we were so disappointed. Another let down. We have also been looking for a place for a big family reunion this coming fall and this property checked all the boxes. That was until the visit without a heated pool/hot tub. :( Also, a vaccuun would have been appreciated. I need a clean space and using the broom wasn't efficient.
