"What a superb hotel this is. We enjoyed a great holiday here with our grown up family. Attention is very evidently paid to every aspect of the hotel and its running, making for a faultless experience as a guest. Everything from the maintenance of rooms, grounds, and services, to the bar and restaurants, the quality of the food and drink, and very importantly the demeanour and courtesy of the universally wonderful staff is done very well. Some in our group had to change rooms due to a maintenance issue, but the proactive approach taken to compensating us immediately neutralised the inconvenience, to the degree that we actually felt it had been good fortune! There is attention to detail everywhere you look: as an example the table tennis table is kept equipped with good quality table tennis bats that are clearly renewed regularly and never allowed to degrade to being tatty. We were impressed particularly with how consistently every member of staff - from room cleaners, to bar staff, and entertainment staff - was professionally pleasant, and went about their jobs with cheerfulness. We know not all guests are easy to deal with but witnessed just how well some challenging situations were approached. The hotel leadership and management are clearly doing something right here to have a team that behaves this way, and this hugely contributes to the enjoyable experience of being a guest here. We would all come back here, in a flash, and hopefully we will. "

"This hotel was okay, however if you are looking to be on the beach this hotel is not for you, the beach was far and needed a shuttle- the beach was also not kept up and has brown sand making the water appear dirty. I would not stay at this property again. "

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please check spelling and grammars in all your, menus, signs and lists. Need attention by someone who knows English well. I would like come back and see it again. "

"Neptune's location is perfect and it is a great choice if you prefer a laid back, friendly, family-run hotel over a corporate-run resort. The property's beachside has a lovely, large, shaded, patio perfectly situated for leisurely meals, drinks, or relaxing on the boardwalk which is lively with strollers in the evenings, and the hotel's private beach is directly in front; a few steps out the back and you are in the midst of the Roman ruins half way between the ancient fountain and the ancient amphitheater. Additionally, its a beautiful and short stroll up the boardwalk to the picturesque shopping and restaurant area. The hotel's restaurant, situated in the patio had excellent food and service. The rooms face the sea and have a lovely balcony. The rooms are not fancy, but they are comfortable and clean, with a good shower. "

"Second time to the resort, great for the kids (5 and 7). Multiple pools and slides, height restrictions on some. Kids club every day apart from Sundays. All inclusive has food available most of the time with themed nights in the main buffet area and lots of choice, does get a bit repetitive after a few days. Staff always available and helpful. Rooms are starting to get a bit tired but are ok, daily clean, towel replacement and beds made. "
