Perfect for our quick trip, and the boat transportation was convenient. Worth the money! Booked 2 nights so I could get guaranteed rooms at 10 am when we got there. Seamless. The second room wasn’t ready until 1345 so we got to all have somewhere to lay our head and shower. Staff was really nice. No where to eat for a late night arrival from the airport or the parks. Restaurant closes at 11 and midnight for room service so plan accordingly. The city walk stayed open until 0100.

Rooms are small and cozy, worked for a couple just coming for a bit of weekend fun. Plan to be up early and map your routes, this resort makes it easy to get around to so bring comfortable walking shoes and get a look at their garden trail that takes you right up to the parks. Pool is clean and monitored and LOVE a hot tub moment. Food is yummy and made by wonderful staff who are happy to help!

My suggestion is to stay at this hotel.The price is reasonable, it’s very modern all over. There’s a Starbucks, restaurant, pizza joint. Plus, there are buses to take you to the parks. The next time I come to Universal, I’m staying here.

Very nice, and quiet. Great view, and convenient transportation to parks or City Walk. Roof top bar( the main reason to go), was overcrowded. Its open to the public and very popular with a young crowd. Otherwise a good choice to stay when in Orlando.
