This is a beautiful property and staff was extremely friendly and provided top notch service. A few things that prevented me from giving it a full five stars: we got a room with a king bed and bunk bed, it was great with kids but the bunk bed comforters weren’t made when we got there, there was just a folder interior comforter and a folder top sheet sitting on the beds. So after a long day of traveling, I had to lay out the sheets on the king bed and try to fit the comforters in the top sheets . Not a huge deal but for the amount of money, I really don’t want to have to make beds. Also- they didn’t really fit together so it was a bit awkward.
The second thing that prevented me from giving a five star review was the layout of the hotel. Obviously it was built that was for maximum privacy and quiet in the rooms but you have to walk from the parking garage, up the elevator, outside, through the lobby, outside again, past the pool and a few shops and then into the area with rooms. Our room was the very last room which meant that whole trek (with kids and a stroller and luggage) plus past EVERY single room. We forgot something in the car and I literally didn’t have the energy to go back.
All in all- a beautiful property that we would definitely stay at again, but I would request a closer room and I would probably pay the $22 for valet to make the walk easier!
