No room service until the third day, although everything was still not done like the terrible coffee we left there and after room service the coffee was left there still, my personal travel pack skincare was gone maybe they think they should throw it out.

We didn’t get our free breakfast that we booked for. We were told that the lady who works in the restaurant is not working. Very disappointing because we paid for it through Expedia. Other than that, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a bit damped and our room really sucked as it had a window but the view was literally a wall built behind it. And the carpet didn’t help as I have allergies. The bathroom had a really damped and toilet like odour. The area itself was great but only during the day. At night, everything was closed.
