Charming room in an authentic older Florentine building. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was decorated with nice personal touches. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions, and lovely artisan stores in the immediate vicinity. The free breakfast at the local cafe was an added bonus. The owners are very friendly and nice. Room was clean however it was quite small for two people plus luggage. Ideal for short term stay with small bags. Location was perfect for all major sight seeing sites. If you have difficulty walking up stairs , have a lot of luggage this is not the property for you. This is not wheel chair accessible.

Adorable, immaculate, charming hotel in a prime location. I loved this hotel! It is a 6 minute walk from the train St Lucia station; 4 minute walk from Piazza Novella; and very close to other amazing sites that tourists want to visit. Supermarket is 3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants all around. Another wonderful bonus is that it is so quiet! That is not always easy to find in Europe. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

It’s in a great location close to a lot of tourist areas and food joints. It’s a little confusing with all the keys they give you to get into the building. Unfortunately once you check in you never see anyone again so if you have questions you’re on your own. However I do recommend this place as it is comfortable and clean and I felt very safe.
