Location of the hotel in the national park is amazingly beautiful! But the lack of information and service made for a poor experience. They don't have a website, and no proper information was provided for how to access the location of the hotel on the island (what pier to get on boat, where to meet contact person at the pier, times the boats operate, additional fee for park entrance at the pier, etc). Be aware that the hotel only runs one free boat ride per day (11am when we were there), if you arrive at any other time you will have to pay for your boat ride. Also, the boats stop operating around 5pm.
One of the nights we were there the people on the next room did not go to sleep, but instead drank and played loud music until the next morning. The staff did not do anything to stop the disturbance. To end on a positive note, the food was great and they feed you a lot of food family style.
