Need improvement
I stayed for 12 days, a good hotel in term of room, gym facilities, breakfast, access.
But many things must be improve.
- the smell of soap & shampoo is too strong (jasmine fragrance)
- the cleanness must be in their top priorities especially in the 9th floor to 10 floor (to the breakfast and roof top resto), because many guess come to the resto at weekend but no one of the staff clean the 9th floor on Sunday.
- the management must arrange the suppliers of groceries use the different lift in order to maintain the cleanness of the lift.
- must train the staff better in term of service.
- one of the cleaning staff dropped a male underwear in my room (the hotel manager explain that it could be the other guess underwear that dropped by the cleaning staff in my room) and no apologize letter from the management.
- no aircon remote control in gym
- noisy aircon in bedroom
- On Sunday, no one clean my room.
I hope the management should be more concern to increase the service to make this hotel more comfortable for the guess.
