They were so accommodating and applied an extra day rate of $75 so that we could check out at 6 p.m. before our late evening flight back to the United States. "Close to dining area, convenient stores, market, banks, trams, MTR & taxis, etc. Staff are very nice. I only found out now as I’ve several bookings but have trips in between, I can store luggages with them for free. That’s a big bonus. If they have self service for laundry, that would be even better. If their restaurant opening hrs are longer, that would help, too. Overall, we like the hotel & will certainly be back in future."
"My partner and I stayed in the newly re-designed rooms and enjoyed it! It was bigger than we expected and felt clean and cozy. The washroom had alot of space for us to put our things and didn't feel tight either.
In the room you are given a kettle, instant coffee, and filtered water that is replaced daily when they make your room. All really nice touches.
Check-in and check-out were easy and fast and staff were attentive and helpful throughout are entire stay.
Location-wise the hotel is conveniently located between two stations that are both less than 10 minute walk away. It is on a side street tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Nathan Road. There is a convenience store right across the street which is nice.
Only thing is I wish I had the chance to check out the pool and restaurant! The bar had great amount of cocktails to choose from and lovely atmosphere.
