Honeymoon stay=ruined
This stay was a huge disappointment, the “luxury” antique hotel they sell through the photos doesn’t exist, we understand it’s not a new building but MANY things are so outdated, the $500 we paid should buy them a couple buckets of paint because the walls are so badly peeled off, the floors are so creaky that you hear all the steps people of the suites above, you can hear the vacuums in the morning and everyone slamming their doors, we hoped for at least a bottle of water in the room but the only thing you get is a coffee machine and you get charged if you use it, the toilet doesn’t work well but still wastes 13 Liters of water each time you flush, the buffet breakfast was ok, still, we don’t love cold hard eggs every day, the cleaning staff didn’t clean our room when we asked, but when we were sleeping, the cleaning lady opened our door .5 seconds after knocking, we definitely won’t come back, instead, next time we’ll opt for an Airbnb, even if we have to cook and clean ourselves, this wasn’t the experience we expected for our honeymoon
