Location
The best aspect of this hotel is the location on the Temple Campus. Also the parking is reasonable at $21 and change per day. It’s a charming small hotel but definitely needs major updates and replacement of the carpeting. The bathroom fan is really loud. The rooms do not have refrigerators and the ice machine and the one microwave you have access to are both in the basement.

It was a pleasure to stay there. The staff are terrific. It was a little hard to locate where the Inn is situated, yet once I found it all was well. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean yet it was showing signs of wear. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The most convenient place for an Owl family! Park behind the Inn (for $20), right next to the Campus police station. Walk into Saxby's coffee without walking outside! It's a small Inn but our room was spacious. Our only issue was that the heat was on high when we checked in, and the windows are sealed shut so even though we turned the heat off, it stayed really warm. Next time I'll ask for heat to be off on the day we check in. But we'll stay again!

Cute but needs updating
The hotel was very cute, tucked away on Temple's campus. The staff was very friendly but not knowledgeable at all about the train situation and gave me incorrect info on getting to the airport. No big deal, I managed to get to my destination. The biggest issue was the carpet was old, filthy and very smelly throughout the hall and room. The walls were also paper thin so it was pretty noisy from inside and outside the building.

This is a very convenient stay if visiting someone at Temple U. We have already booked another stay in the not-too-distant future. The facility looked to be clean, but when I wiped something off of the edge of the bathroom floor, it ended up being dirtier than I had expected. I did not feel uncomfortable staying there, even though wild wood roaches do live just outside. The bed was too soft, which was a little rough on the back, but they are very generous with pillows and even had an extra pillow and warm blanket in the closet. I liked that the bathroom was very roomy and that there was a desk area separate from the little table and chairs. The convenience of being able to park out back is the best part.

Enjoyed my stay here. Very convenient since my son is a new Temple student. Excellent location. I've stayed here twice. The second time the water in the shower drained slow. Only bad thing in the two stays. Would stay again. I reserved a parking space the last stay, however, my space was still occupied. The reserved parking needs a lot of work. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay here.

Bring an Air-mattress if you are over 4 ppl!
Hotel was nice and clean but difficult to find! Parking was full by the time we arrived so we had to arrive on foot. It is inside of the university campus. Street parking was pretty close though. Although hotels.com allowed us to book 5 people, there was nowhere for the 5th person to sleep and after waiting at the desk at 10pm for over 20 minutes to see if there was a cot, I gave up and had to drive to Walmart since it was closing soon (no one was at the desk). I called from the road and eventually got someone the desk who told me there were no more cots available. I let them know I was already enroute to Walmart and they commented that I am not the first to have to make that journey/purchase. I barely made it to Walmart by closing. On a positive note, there is tons of university security wandering outside the hotel which made me feel safe.
