The Hotel rooms are small and expensive for what they’re offering, when compared to prices in other Dutch cities, but that is to be expected of hotels near the centre of Amsterdam. The rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und charmant eingerichtet. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider befindet sich am gegenüberliegenden Gebäude eine grosse Lüftungsanlage die während während der ganzen Nacht einen dröhnenden Lärm verursachte, der auch bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht zu überhören war.

Wonderful location in the museum quarter. Excellent front desk and cleaning service. The location is a bit noisy though being next to a tram line. My room and bed were small as expected and there is no air conditioning but a fan was provided and appreciated. Great choice of on a budget.

A experiência no hotel foi muito boa. O hotel é super bem localizado, pertinho dos principais museus e de restaurantes. O quarto e o banheiro tem bom tamanho, e tem frigobar, item difícil de encontrar na Europa. Não possui sr condicionado, mas tem ventilador. O café da manha tb é muito bom, com iogurtes, cereais, pães, cafés, sucos, algumas frutas, dentre outras. O chuveiro tb é muito bom. Recomendo.

The staff was wonderful. We arrived with a bouquet of tulips which they put in a vase for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of items. The best scrambled eggs ever. The woman running breakfast was welcoming and we felt like regulars after a day. Breakfast very reasonable and convenient. Location central to the museum quarter, literally around the corner from the Rijksmuseum. Excellent Indonesian restaurant across the street (make reservations).

Overall a good stay with perfect location, minutes walk to the Van Gogh museum and a bunch other museums. Also close to streets of small shops, and restaurants. The only complaint we had was there seemed to be mosquitos or some sort of bugs that bit my husband with 5 big swollen bumps after 1 night stay. Given we went in March when temperature was still chilly, this is very unexpected….

Hotel muito bom, pequeno almoço muito agradável, apesar de ter carpete é muito limpo, eles usam aspirador todos os dias. A localização é excelente, próximo aos museus e com transporte público acessível as proximidades do hotel, que lhe leva a qualquer ponto da cidade. Recomendo.

Excellent location, with in walking distance to all the major museums. Trams stop next to hotel as well. Short and nice walk to most beautiful are of town called Jordaan, or the bit more rugged but trendy De Pijp. And if you are at all used to walking places in a big city, also it walkable to the old city center De Wallen as well. Boat trips depart right next to the hotel as well. So location wise this place really has value to the money you pay. Place itself is now new and shiny, but still nice and not so outdated either. Clean, helpful, easy. Very happy with my stay. Paper walls as they say, but the crowd is mostly peoplenwho are past the party age so you mainly hear it when people move around the halls and it can be fixed with earplugs.

고흐 미술관과 국립 미술관이 아주 가깝습니다. 근처에 레스토랑도 많습니다. 조식도 좋고 방과 욕실도 아주 깨끗합니다. 100년도 더 된 건물이라 건물 자체는 낡았지만 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 장소가 모든 부족한 면을 깨부숩니다.

This is a well priced and located hotel for central Amsterdam. Easily accessed from the airport (bus 397) and beautifully situated for Van Gogh & Rijksmuseum, as well as having a nearby tram stop for central Amsterdam if you don't fancy the walk. Very friendly and helpful staff add to the appeal. We had a corner room which had large windows allowing a lot of light. The room was adequately sized with a decent shower and bathroom. Breakfast was optional and not too bad. A decent choice for the right price.
