I stayed at this property previously about ten years ago, and I enjoyed it more the first time. The room interiors have not been updated much in that time and they are starting to show their age, with many of the built in fixtures peeling and cracked. Rooms are VERY cramped and small, but details like under-bed storage and slide-out tabletops make it feel a little more functional despite the limited space. The shower is large and comfortable. The location is a bit of a walk to the nearest train station, about 10–15 minutes, but there are many places to eat within a few blocks radius. It's 15 minutes walk from Times Square. The listing promises soundproof rooms, but I think that must be soundproofing from the street noise because I was woken up by some enthusiastic lovemaking next door. Ice and water on my floor were not working and I had to go two floors away to get some. There is no refrigerator in the unit for drinks or food and that detail was missed. The custom lighting inside the suite was nice but there is not a setting for basic overhead lighting, leaving the room a bit dark. I would say this is a decent option for a solo traveler, especially as a cheaper option with a convenient location, but that the rooms are too cramped to comfortably share with a traveling partner.
