Our stay was simply wonderful. The hotel staff went above & beyond. Be warned tbere is not a lift in hotel,be prepared to use stairs. Our room was huge & well equipped. The breakfasts were simply amazing,great selection. Chef made omelets, Friday we had a musican in breakfast room. A perfect stay

Lovely French Hotel.
Town centre, close to pubs, restaurants, shops. I was surprised it was so quiet. I think the best experience was French Breakfast where Chef prepared on the spot. Access to the hotel and rooms only with the fob, so it was very secure. Variations of different wines, soft drinks. Covid Secured.

Fantastic hotel
Fantastic little hotel. Room was extremely comfortable, I would agree with others that it was a little small but this was not at all a problem. The room was packed with technology - I was given an iPad which allowed me to control the lighting, blinds and the lock on the door. There was also air conditioning, a television, a stereo built in to the desk and a small display with the weather on it. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The real highlight of my stay was the breakfast. A really high quality range of buffet options available and a chef who made hot dishes to order. I had the chefs special, eggs benedict on day and an omelete the following day, both were excellent. I did not eat in the restaurant in the evening but the menu looked good. The hotel is well located just off the main square in Torun. I will certainly stay here again if I am in the area.

This a lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were of a good size and very clean. The beds were comfortable providing a good nights sleep, we were in Deluxe room. The breakfast is substantial and the freshly made omelette delicious.

Good but a few issues.
The location was excellent and the receptionist and the breakfast chef were both very helpful and upbeat. The chef made us special breakfast dishes. We did not have dinner there as the prices for dinner were higher than we want to spend on an extended trip. Bet it would have been very good. The room had 2 very narrow twin beds that could not be moved together. Also because the hotel is very old (guess a few hundred years old) the stairs were dark narrow and windy.

The property is located near the Medival Old town. It’s is a quiet peaceful place with romantic and flowerful decoration. The hotel and restaurant staff is very professional friendly and polite. Plug broken in sink I used plug but could not get if back out had to leave sink full due to taxi arriving Came back that evening and sink was still full of water. I managed to prise the plug out and empty the sink.
