They aren't giving the key of the front door, but they have a "24h reception" service. If they're not falling too much deep asleep on your late returns, you may be lucky and they'll open you the door. We weren't lucky and the night of the 25th of December we ringed the bell 40 minutes and then we decided to search for an other hotel in the area for the overnight. They said they're sorry for the inconvenience, but never refunded us the night as we asked. We will complain further trough Expedia.
By the way, the Hotel we had been was 64 a night for a fully-featured hote, and this one took 78 for a badly organized room. Check the other hotels in the same area, I had the feeling that we've been in the worse one by observing the others services, quality and price.
