Amazing Food and staff
The staff were all friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother and they kept us updated , the rooms were clean comfortable and cosy , with spotless showers / bathrooms and loads of tea , coffee (inc def cafe ) and hot chocolate , the food throughout was a amazing and freshly made on the premises

Nice location, nice rooms excellent food, the room we stayed in ‘Best Mate’ had the laundry on one side so we could hear the dryer going when we got into the room. Unfortunately the room the other side of us had its bathroom backing onto the headboard of the bed, so we had the pleasure of hearing them in the bathroom throughout the night and early in the morning.

Beautiful accommodation - all of our family had a wonderful stay. Staff were attentive, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with just the right amount of options. We really loved the hotel, the room was great. Big comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Curly werly bar instead of biscuits with the tea and coffee facilities was a great touch. We ate at the restaurant two nights and the food was excellent. We will be staying here again and have recommended the Black horse to friends and family alike.
