I had a reservation on Tuesday 10/15/2024 for one night ,Overall the room was clean , The shuttle service is not published on your website, therefore I waited from 9:00 pm to 10:30 for shuttle, the reception area employees were very confused on how to check in guests. 3 employees were helping one guest where the rest of us waiting specially after arriving 11:00 PM , on another note the quality of the food served at breakfast was below expectations. The meals were poorly prepared and lacked freshness. I paid $132.00 for a room worth $70.00.Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund, Please let me know the process for this refund, and if any additional information is needed from my end. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution and hope this feedback will help improve the service quality for future guests.
