Nasty vile management, horrid stay
I never had a email or message about checkin. When I showed up a woman came out and I asked her if she worked there. She said scan the wall code and follow my checkin message. I said I didn’t have a message. She acted like she didn’t work there and spoke perfect English. I kept saying I don’t have a message to follow. I then said I guess I can’t checkin. Suddenly she started to help me only after I said I was leaving and finding another place since I had no message. The first room she gave me the sliding patio door lock was broken off. Unable to secure the room. Her answer was well it’s a balcony no one can get in. Yes they can. It’s a shared balcony the other room can just walk in. So she moved me next door in which the lock really didn’t work. I said I would take another room. A lesser room in which I paid for the balcony room but I needed a room that locked properly. So I took the ground floor room 2 that at least had proper locks. She was totally nasty and rude. She said room 2 was being cleaned and I would get a WhatsApp message when the room was ready. So I walked a half mile carrying luggage only to find out the room wasn’t ready.
I said I’m going back to my hotel and I would be notified when the room was ready. The next day. I never spoke to this witch again until checkout. I did in fact contact the owner because she locked me out by changing the gate code without telling me. She was constantly changing the gate code so I was up letting people in locked out.
