Junior Suite 437 - good points:
1) Plenty of light - from both the windows and the lighting.
2) Lots of cupboards and drawers for storage.
3) Lightweight duvet for a good sleep.
4) Plenty of towels.
5) Power sockets next to bed on both sides.
6) UK power socket near the desk.
7) Automatic lights inside wardrobe for easy viewing.
8) Desk with desk light.
9) Fridge for keeping drinks cold.
Junior Suite 437 - bad points:
1) Seven steps from the room door down into the room, and no handrail for the top 3 steps.
2) The bed is much too high! Needs a step stool to get into it! I moved one of the armchairs and used that to help me get up onto the bed.
3) The sunken bath was difficult and dangerous to get in and out of! Needs grab bars! I prefer a conventional bath. Instructions needed for operation of the plug, to prevent the water running away!
4) Shower has only a tiny shelf for placing items needed whilst showering, and there is no grab rail.
5) A lot of water is wasted when using the wash basin, as there is no plug. As Swissotel aims to be eco-friendly, that was disappointing.
6) A footstool for the armchair would be good after a day's sightseeing.
