Not as expected
Front desk was uninformed about cost on arrival. Hotel made unauthorized charges to credit card and was unsure how to reverse charges. Had to deny charges with card company on return although front desk Manager had promised reversal. Gift shop overpriced. Room was dated and carpets were very very filthy. Cleaning service did not vacuum or clean surfaces once during entire 8 day stay despite complaint to front desk. Extra towels and blankets reeked of mold and dust. Saw that these are kept in garage. Grounds are wonderfully kept but properly needs updating in interior. Witnessed many guests complaining that room given was not what was requested. No on site on service and on site restaurant is outside by pool area with only pool food and no shelter. Employees park in guest parking garage. Location is wonderful.
