I had requested a room in the newly remodeled section and lower floor close to elevator. Got to the room and it was in the B tower, really really far walk to elevator, and room at the very end of the floor. Opened the door and it was the old section, cracked wall and ceiling, dirty everywhere, shredded curtains. Went to call the front desk and phone was not working. Tried to call from cell and opted in for text and no response. Took our bags and went back to the front desk and let them know my request and what had occurred. Janet was so helpful, she got Tony the hotel manager and he immediately resolved the issue and got us in a new room steps from the elevator. There was an issue with the key and Tony came to the room personally to fix. Both Janet and Tony were so kind, friendly and really cared about what had happened. The casino is new with great machines, bartenders and serving staff awesome, multiple eating options. The Star of the Desert Arena is a perfect venue as well. Highly recommend, just make sure to request the newer section for rooms.

Concert Stay at Buffalo Bills
The concert venue was amazing. Ample space and security made for an enjoyable event. Room was clean. Beds and pilllows comfy! Hotel personnel were very friendly and accomodating..

Disappointed 1st time visitor
Customer Service was less than desirable. I was told at 2:40pm that I had to get back in line to check in at 3pm, 20 minutes really????? I asked if I could use a luggage cart and I was told after you check in with an 30 minute limit and we hold your ID. It just continued to get worse, we were assigned to the 2nd floor in the B Tower and after getting off the elevator you are met with the most horrific wet carpet mildew smell. The room is out dated, room furniture was scratched everywhere and very old. The bathroom outdated and appeared to be general clean not hotel clean. Went to Dennys in the Resort to find a limited menu with inflated prices by like $3-$4 a meal because of a concert in the Arena. Is it just me wouldn’t you want people like myself 1st time visitors to want to come back for another concert or just a staycation. I don’t plan on returning at least not for dining or hotel stay. The Arena was nice. In the future I will drive the 45-50 min to and from just for the concert or whatever other desired event at the Arena.

I would like to start off saying when we first arrived at the hotel it amelled of old cigarettes and stale air. The front desk person was helpful as possible. They could not verify any military. Aarp or disaster Discounts stated they had to get approval . Booked our room had to walk a ways to get to the elevator. Finally got to 4th floor walked in Room light bukb not working to turn on room light. Called maintenance Toilet broke not flushing properly husband fixed it. Shower Temperature water not hot. Heater in room noisy rumbling sound turned heater off came back on with. Noise to sake the dead. Checkout time explained to manager the issue's and he saived the resort fees. If there was another place to stay i would have . This place needs renovation and restoration bladly. 😢.

Great Value for the Money
Clean, comfortable room and a great value for the money. I definitely appreciated the hardwood floors and the updated decor and bathroom fixtures. Check-in was flawless and the staff was great.

Ok but kind of weird
I wasn't expecting much, and that's what I got. Now the front desk people were fine. I saw a huge sign saying that you could "rent" a baggage cart for 30 minutes by turning in your ID to the front desk. I did so. I went to get one, and then the attendant (valet? not sure? Sign also said valet was not available) told me that HE needed the ID, not the front desk (as the sign stated). So we gave it to him. I told him that I just need the cart, not his help. He ignored and brought the cart out. I pulled up and again told him that I didn't need his help. He didn't move, and helped with the cooler. (there are no refrigerators in the rooms). I drove my car back to the lot, and my adult son showed him where our room was. My son did tip him, even though his services were not requested. Because of the "Karen" trope, I hesitate to be too pushy. I just told this dude twice that I didn't need help, and nowhere was it stated that valet service was mandatory with a luggage cart. So that was kind of annoying. The furniture in the rooms is old and marked up. There are no coffee makers or refrigerators. The beds seemed clean and were comfortable. The casino seemed fine. Easy parking. Besides the valet, the front desk people were great. Not a whole lot of other choices in Primm, and we only needed one night. Hot water and good water pressure was a plus in the shower.

Whatever you do don’t stay here. The room was not cleaned before I got there. There were a pair of men’s underwear in my bathroom and a hair clip and food wrappers on the floor. The sheets had dirt on them. Gross, gross. I complained o manager and they never got back to me. Btw I pushed every button and the hair dryer didn’t work

Not a good stay
The check in process was good and the staff was friendly. The room on the other hand was dirty and had no towels. I called down to the front desk and house cleaning services and they never brought any up. Luckily I had brought some of my own. The cost was 75.00 total with their resort fees and I feel that was over priced.
