It’s housed inside a restored cathedral-like Art Nouveau building on Plaça de la Ciutat de Bruges.     The Central Market of Valencia opens every day except for Sunday from 7.30 am, and it’s worth arriving early before the city’s restaurant owners snap up the freshest produce. The market is served by its own bus station and multi-storey car park.
