Ok but wouldn’t stay again
I expected more based in the reviews. The room was not very clean, the counter wasn’t level (so anything you put down rolled onto the floor), the rooms were noisy and the soap dispenser literally fell off the wall in the middle of the night waking us up. This hotel felt much more on the very budget end of the scale than advertised.

The pictures and some of the reviews make this place sound like it could be a quaint boutique hotel, but it's more like the places I have stayed when backpacking around the developing world. Quite a shoddy reno of an old building, inconsistent service, super bright white lighting, musty smells and strange design quirks. Not good for business travel.

Clean and overly communicative
Newly remodeled, the hotel was very clean. I found the hotel comms to be excessive (6 texts, 5 emails and 3 voicemails) all regarding my stay. One text came 20 minutes after I checked in followed my a voicemail both checking to ask how my stay was so far. Only thing was they knocked on my door to place a new lamp (part of remodel) while I had the do not disturb sign on the door- this is something that could easily have waited after I checked out the next morning.

Clean and affordable.
The hotel was really clean, the bathroom is a bit in the small size. Also room is small,bed is comfortable. There was a small heater which did its job to keep The room warm. Parking was a bit cumbersome as you have to double park on the street to check in. Parking is a about two blocks away, might be beneficial to have valet parking.
