The customer service was amazing- I called the hotel at 9p to let them know my flight was delayed and the lady that helped me was kind and understanding that I wouldn't arrive until midnight or possibly later. When we arrived at the front desk, the gentleman that serviced us was just as amazing. Every single employee who serviced us provided high quality hospitality.
The room was just a tad sketchy, the bathroom door didn't have an inner handle or a fan, it was so humid even though we had the ac on, there were minor cleaning stains on the tv console, there weren't any hangers, you had to ask the front desk for a hairdryer.
The room had a microwave, a mini fridge, and a tv that I was too scared to use. There was also an ironing board and I'm sure the front desk had irons but you just have to ask. Toiletries include a 2in1 shampoo conditioner and a hand/body soap. Bed, blankets, and sheets were clean, comfortable, and sufficient.
